Pulling Down Strongholds International exists to see the Body of Christ walk in complete freedom, healing, and authority. We are a ministry devoted to restoring hearts, renewing minds, and empowering leaders to advance the Kingdom through deliverance and discipleship.

Inner Healing & Deliverance

Our Spirit-led prayer and ministry sessions go beyond breaking strongholds, they bring transformation from the inside out. Through compassionate deliverance and biblical counseling, we help individuals find lasting restoration and freedom in Christ.

Leadership Training

We believe freedom should flow from the pulpit to the pew. That’s why we equip pastors, ministers, and leaders through specialized courses and mentorship programs. Our goal is to empower every church to operate its own deliverance and inner healing ministry rooted in biblical authority and spiritual discernment.

Global Outreach

Freedom knows no borders. PDS is building a global network of churches trained in deliverance and inner healing, ensuring that no believer has to travel far to encounter the transforming power of Jesus. From local communities to international missions, we are raising up freedom centers across the world.

Publishing & Resources

Our founder, Cynthia Yarbrough, is authoring books, study guides, and resources in both English and Spanish, offering practical tools and biblical revelation to those seeking healing and breakthrough. Each publication carries the heart of this ministry: to see captives set free and the Church restored to its rightful authority in Christ.
